In-Service Training

Before being placed into a home, each of our professionals must undergo specific inservice training based on the needs of their patient. Though we are non-medical we still train our professionals to handle medical emergencies.

Elderly Care Specialization

Professionals are required at least one Inservice training prior to being assigned to a house, in order to be more adept in handling their specific client. Aside from the specific in-services per household, in-service trainings are held once every three months. During that time our professionals go through numerous training courses covering topics such as the following:

Personalized Inservices

When assigned to a new patient our caregivers are given an inservice on that specific client. In this inservice class the professional is informed of their patient's specific situation and what needs must be met for them.

Professionals are trained in awareness for dementia and Alzheimer's and how to care for a patient afflicted with them.
